See the website for more Access Information ❗We reserve the right to close part of the castle (for example, the towers) for your safety - no refund will be given in this case as the majority of the castle will still be open 🏰 If the whole castle has to be closed due to bad weather, a voucher will be issued for you to visit another day. Please note we do not issue refunds if you decide not to visit, but we can issue a voucher for you to visit another day. Please note we do not accept American Express cards for payment. When booking tickets, the session time will say 10.00am. Please note this is the time that the castle opens. You can enter the castle at any time from then up to 45 minutes before closing.
