By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to use the payment method or billing account details you provide for the purpose of settling any payments due for any purchase made through the website.  You also agree that all information supplied by you in using the website booking service is accurate and that you will not make any speculative, false or fraudulent booking. All visitors must comply with  safety instructions on site or given by our staff whilst visiting Ludlow Castle. We will refuse entry to or remove visitors from the castle if any of these Terms and Conditions are breached or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury is displayed, without reimbursement for your ticket. Tickets are non-transferable. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
