❗We reserve the right to close part of the castle (for example, the towers) for your safety - no refund will be given in this case as the majority of the castle will still be open

🏰 If the whole castle has to be closed due to bad weather, a voucher will be issued for you to visit another day.

  If you have booked a ticket for general admission and are unable to attend, please contact the office as soon as possible on info@ludlowcastle.com with your order number - the date of your       visit can be amended.

  If you have booked for an event and are unable to attend and cannot attend on another day the event is running we will not be able to issue a refund.

  If you have booked for an event with timeslots and are unable to attend we will endeavour to fit you in at another time subject to availability, but we cannot guarantee this and no refund will be issued.

We shall not be liable to any visitor for any loss or damage which arises out of or in connection with or as a consequence of the cancellation of any service provided.
